Automated Particle Counting and Sizing

Gravimetric Cleanliness Testing

• per ISO16262; WI-0119; or many other customer provided specifications

Black Light Testing

• per WI-0120

Microscopic Photography

• Extended Focus photography cabability - sometimes called "Z-stack"
• Compound Microscope for very small particles
• StereoZoom Microscope for somewhat larger things

Titration

• per WI-0159; or according to supplier provided instructions
• capable of making our own calibration curve, if required
• can make a titration curve for your chemistry and supply you with an easy to use titration kit

Liquid Particle Count Testing

• per ISO16232 or other similar standards using our Filtrex System
• the particles are counted on a filter membrane which allows multi-dimensional measurements and photos

Humidity Cabinet Testing

• Accelerated corrosion testing
• Comparison testing of rust preventatives or washer fluids

Process Testing

• based on need to establish a cleanliness/dryness specification and/or to establish capability of the proposed process before building or modifying a washer
• Sample parts provided by customer
• Appropriate cleaner based on substrate and contaminants
• Available washer based on part size, pressure required, etc.
