Midbrook will help you put an objective, measurable number to your cleanliness level.

Bring your clean parts in to the Midbrook Technology Center and we will use our cleanliness testing devices to determine how clean your part really is.   You can take part in the actual testing, ask questions and provide direction throughout the testing process.

If you want to see how to consistently reach that level, then Midbrook will:

• Evaluate your part and point out problem areas of your part with recommendations on how best to attack them
• Suggest a specific washer style with appropriate material handling, stage lengths, solution temperature, and drying options
• Test cleaning compound options
• Reach your predetermined objective cleanliness specification to measure your cleaning success
• Offer wastewater treatment alternatives
• Provide a lab machine to simulate this recommended process so you can see the washing in action
