Midbrook’s 5000+ square foot Technology Center offers a number of testing machines that can be modified to fit your application. It also utilizes diverse cleanliness related verification techniques. These enable Midbrook to objectively evaluate your existing processes, design new processes, verify new cleaning systems, and exceed your cleaning requirements.
To accommodate our clients' Just in Time needs, Midbrook offers each client their own factory for hire, complete with manufacturing floor space, process expertise, labor and supervision. Whether your needs require production washing, hydro deburring, robotic deflashing, inspection, light assembly, packing or all of the above, Midbrook can be your resource to perform any task within your delivery schedule.
In addition, Midbrook is a custom metal fabricator with 30 years of experience. Midbrook will provide design assistance or we will simply build to a client provided print. This work includes all guarding, metal assemblies or laser cut production parts.
Finally, Midbrook distinguishes ourselves from our competition by our production equipment support technicians who travel to all customer facilities to conduct training, perform maintenance and trouble shoot problems as they arise. Our trained technicians are capable of addressing any issue from PLC programming to metal assembly welding.
