Allow Midbrook to provide high volume production cleaning of dunnage trays and totes on a daily, J.I.T., basis. Cleaning is accomplished with a Hurricane, 3 lane conveyor washer. This washer is specifically designed to sit very low to the floor so that platforms were not necessary to load and unload the large dunnage trays. Parts travel through a high pressure spray wash and rinse, then travel through a blow off stage where 6 regenerative blowers strip the rinse water from the trays. The vertically oriented dunnage washer quickly and efficiently strips the dunnage of coolant and aluminum chips introduced by the machining process.
