Midbrook

Use Midbrook to finish your production parts.   Midbrook increases your production capabilities by removing chips from deep, small diameter holes.  We will also debur the edges of cast aluminum or magnesium parts.

If you have chips lodged in the deep holes of your part we can eliminate them.  If you have flashing and burrs on the edges of your cast aluminum and magnesium parts, we can knock them off.

Contract with Midbrook and we will:

• Receive your parts
• Load your parts into a part specific fixture and hold them in a precise orientation
• Program our robot to direct a 1,000 - 5,000 psi fluid stream at the critical area of each part
• Inspect your part to assure your specifications have been achieved
• Pack your part for shipment
