Compressor Valve Leaves

Cleaning Issue

Our client required a system that would apply a rust inhibitor immediately following a vibratory de-burring process. Parts were to be loaded directly from a vibratory screen deck. The client desired a completely dried part that would prevent the onset of rust. A production rate of 5,000 per hour with parts unloading directly into a lined tote was required.

Midbrook Solution

Our qualified engineering team designed a cleaning system to process parts coming directly from the vibratory deburring process. A hold down pressure spraying system was integrated applying a full spray pattern to the parts, which were conveyed on a mesh belt. This distinctive spray pattern prevents the parts from stacking, thus reducing visible water spotting. A rust inhibitor rinse was added followed by a powerful blow off station enhancing flash drying, meeting all production and dryness specifications of the project.
