This return to operator washer has been designed to accommodate a wide variety of parts. It can be configured as a rotating table batch washer where part(s) are loaded and the cycle runs for a programmable amount of time. Or an indexing dial washer with custom part fixtures for "Cell" manufacturing. Where the operator loads a dirty part, initiates the cycle, the dial rotates and cell parts are immediately available for unload. Midbrook supplies standard cabinets and custom cabinets to fit specific parts and cycle times.
