In the push / pull parts washer, your parts are grasped by a robotic arm or gantry system. They are then automatically loaded into a part specific fixture, rinsed, and dried in the parts washer. Parts can be transferred from one stage to another by the robotic or gantry load system if the process requires individual pieces of cleaning equipment. Spray patterns are customized to the specific parts and your specific cleaning requirements. The robotic arm or gantry system installed on the parts washer unloads your parts after cleaning and drying, and places them into position for the next operation in your manufacturing process.
